Today, students completed their Unit 4 vocabulary from Quizlet. They worked through a lesson on the Google Classroom using the Europe in South Asia notes organizer. This is to stay in their binder. Part of the lesson included a 9 minutes video on the Sepoy Rebellion, which students answered questions on for a grade. The two papers they completed are below. Everything else is on their Google Classroom. If they are absent or did not finish, it is their responsibility to finish tonight and turn it in tomorrow.
Lesson and classwork here! IF YOU WERE ABSENT TODAY, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PRINT THESE AND COMPLETE YOUR ASSIGNMENTS! Otherwise, you will receive a zero for the missing work.
The Scramble for Africa reading passage has to be completed for homework by any student who did not finish it in class. Make sure you ANNOTATE the text! You are responsible for answering the text-dependent questions, the discussion questions, and for completing a thorough 3 sentence summary of the scramble for Africa.
Since we have a four day week and I am trying my best to be able to finish this unit and test on it Friday, we will be very busy in class. So I have decided to post the answers to the study guide that you all did in class last week. Check your answers since this is what you need to be looking over for your test. I highly suggest reading over this study guide at least once a day this week!
If you were absent, your question sets are in the "While you were out" folders in the classroom.
I just ran across a neat glogster about Napoleon and thought I would share it! Not only does it go along directly with our class but it is also a neat presentation that you all might want to consider for your projects!
